Glenda Croy, the mother of the two brothers that died in a Kingston house fire on Dec. 29, died Thursday morning at WellStar Cobb Hospital at the age of 69.
According to a Facebook post from a family member, Glenda Croy died Thursday from injuries sustained during the Dec. 29 fire.
Two of her sons, Scottie and Jeffrey Croy, died from smoke inhalation on scene that day at Martin Luther King Jr. Circle in Kingston.
The Insurance and Safety Fire Commissioner’s Office ruled that the fire was accidental, and likely electrical.
WSB-TV reported four dogs and two cats also died in the fire.
