Item (A) Description of Property: 1994 Chevrolet Truck Vehicle, VIN: 1GCCS19Z3RK146490; Item (B) Date and Place of Seizures: Wednesday, August 8th, 2012, in the immediate area of 36 B County Line Road # 2, Rydal, Bartow County, State of Georgia; Item (C) Conduct giving rise to forfeiture: On the date and location described in Item (B) above, Bartow-Cartersville Drug Task Force agents, conducted a possession and possession with intent to distribute the schedule two (2) controlled substance methamphetamine and the substance marijuana, employing the use of a surveillance helicopter, that was detected, resulting in agents observing JOSHUA RAY HALL, attempting to quickly drive away from the area in the Chevrolet vehicle described above in Item (A), which was stopped and searched, with agents locating and seizing from inside the vehicle, a set of digital scales and a large amount of substances in pill form. Additionally, agents located and seized in the immediate area, that the truck was driving from, a large amounts of methamphetamine consistent with distribution activity and two bags of the substance marijuana. The Chevrolet vehicle described supra, was seized by law enforcement officers as contraband per the provisions of O.C.G.A. 16-13-49 (d) (1), (d) (2), (d) (3) and (d) (6).
