Mr. Sheehy was born July 29, 1954, in Tampa, Fla., a son of the late Gilbert Sheehy and Sara Sue Caudy Sheehy.
He was a Cartersville resident for six years and employed as a glazier.
Survivors include a daughter, Suzanne Sheehy King of Kingston; a son, Bradley Sheehy of Kennesaw; two grandchildren; and two brothers, Edward Sheehy and Clayton Sheehy, both of Florida.
The body was cremated.
Owen Funeral Home, 12 Collins Drive, Cartersville, was in charge of the arrangements.
