Aug. 11

• Francisco Rivera Aviles, 33, of 465 Calloe Jones Road, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving without a license, obstruction of an officer and failure to drive within a single lane.

• Jessenia Acevedo Aviles, 29, of 2402 The Vly N.E., Apt. 2402, Atlanta, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with obstruction of an officer.

• Heather Lynn Brown, 19, of 13 Etowah Ridge Drive S.W., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Tiffany Lynn Brown, 42, of 13 Etowah Ridge Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Jennifer Anne Croft, 48, of 4379 Commanche Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Dennis Dane Haney, 32, of 172 Amberidge Drive N.W., Cartersville, reported to another agency to serve a probation sentence.

• Jaime Alfredo Lopez, 31, of 105 Summer St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

• Samuel Lopez, 26, of 111 Summerset, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of meth by ingestion and possession of drug-related object.

• Richard Scott McDuff, 50, of 1163 Ivory Circle, Douglasville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with DUI and failure to yield while turning left.

• Patrick Kelly Meadows, 46, of 95 Bruce St., Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and boarded at the jail.

• Elisio Ramirez Mendez, 22, of 109 Mac Johnson Road, Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.

• Shenera Antionetta Payne, 29, of 201 Evergreen Trail, Apt. C, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts, simple battery, criminal trespass, cruelty to children, driving without a license and failure to obey a yield sign.

• Kaley MichellePrice, 25, homeless, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

• Michelle Renee Richardson, 39, of 278 Mac Johnson Road, Cartersville, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant failure to appear and charged with contempt of court child support, battery and criminal trespass.

• Timothy Lee Riley, 53, of 779 Walker Mountain Road S.W., Rome, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI, failure to drive within a single lane, adult restraint law and no proof of insurance.

• Ramonita Ramos Rodriguez, 48, of 602 Morningside Drive, Apt. 4, Dalton, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with obstruction of an officer.

• Bernice Yvonne Wilson, 56, of 2931 Dallas St., Kennesaw, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

Aug. 12

• Brandi Leshae Clark, 19, of 105 Cass Pine Log Road, Cartersville, reported to another agency to serve a probate court sentence.

• April Dawn Combes, 26, of 121 Rowland Springs Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act.

• William Rodney Dobbs, 54, of 23 Lynn Circle, Acworth, was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and obstruction of an officer.

• Linda Jennette Ellis, 53, of 918 Mission Road, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI, driving while license suspended, improper backing, adult restraint law and no insurance.

• Michael Bradford Fine, 31, of 28 Highway 20 Spur, Cartersville, was arrested by Adarisville police and boarded at the jail.

• Robert Christopher Freeman, 39, of 2080 Euharlee Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act.

• Stephen Jamal Herring, 22, of 1000 Stone Haven Circle, Cartersville, reported to another agency and was boarded for Cartersville police.

• Michael David Ledbetter, 28, of 35 Brent Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving on a closed roadway and DUI.

• Paula Lynn Martin, 46, of 66 E. Main St., Kingston, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Jason Bryan Moore, 28, of 477 Oak St., Acworth, was arrested and charged with state probation violation and giving false information or false name.

• Brian Patrick Reidy, 33, of 283 Wilderness Camp Road, White, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass (FVA).

• Mark Anthony Shropshire, 58, of 5588 Highway 20 S.E., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with drug-related objects, no insurance and possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce.

• Anthony Jerome Williams, 49, of 1400 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, No. 220, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with obstruction of an officer and disorderly conduct.

• Jayson Ray Williamson, 32, of 2255 Edgron Forest Lane, Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI and failure to dim headlights.

• Stephanie Gayle Fontana, 19, of 18 Parmenter St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of meth.

• Michael Kinsey Hayes, 22, of 56 Wayland Circle N.W., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of meth with intent to distribute and possession of drug-related object.

• Kristie Nichole Ossenfort, 25, of 13 Cathedral Heights, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license suspended and no insurance.

• Jose Rafael Cruz Pagan, 46, of 2645 Overlake Court, Powder Springs, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Adam Scott Powell, 21, of 35 Greenhouse Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of meth.

• Kevin Christopher Winter, 20, of 43 Cooper Mill Road, Cartersville, reported to another agency and was boarded for Cartersville police.
