Oct. 1

* Matthew Eugene James, of 114 Austin Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act.

* Kelly Anne Sheehan, 2021 Lyndon Ave., Chattanooga, Tenn., was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI and improper lane change.

* Sheldon Bryan Sisco, of 43 Bucky St., Cartersville, was arrested on a probate sentence.

Oct. 2

* Marvin Gaye Banks, of 16 Indian Springs Drive, Rydal, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license withdrawn.

* Darrell Edward Givens, of 20 Florida Ave., Emerson, was arrested by Euharlee police and boarded at the jail.

* Joseph Nicholas Navarrete, of 20620 Gulf Stream, Miami, Fla., was arrested and charged with duty upon striking fixture and DUI.

* Nolan Joshua Shivers, of 21 Hannon Place, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn.

* Roy Lawrence Wilson, homeless of Cartersville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in violation of a county ordinance.

* Lequarius Yvontavis Young, of 615 Mountain Chase Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
