* Dana Vane Hale, 49, of 49 Glenmore Drive, Kingston, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with probation violation.
* Chester Wayne King Jr., 47, of 29 Rolling Hills Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by deception and two counts of theft by taking.
