* David Joseph Benham, 60, of 12 Bonaire St., Cartersville, was rebooked by Cartersville police and previous charges were upgraded to Superior Court shoplifting.
* Brandi Leshae Clark, 18, of 105 Cass Pine Log Road, Cartersville, reported to the Cartersville police and was boarded at the jail.
* Charles Leroy Clark Sr., 49, of 107 Elizabeth St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving without license.
