• Christopher Glenn Hindman, 21, of 61 Gordon Road, Taylorsville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
• Jackie Lynn Johnson, 49, of Hawthorne Way, Acworth, was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act and two counts of cruelty to children.

• Anthony Naniel Maccarino, 25, of 622 McConnell St., Memphis, Tenn., was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving without license and possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce.

• Robert Harold Brunk, 46, of 2227 Pan Stone Drive S.W., Marietta, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
• Nickole Faye Chatham, 36, of 4133 Hall St., Acworth, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana.
