Oct. 16

• Fiaputia Alofia, 32, of 36 Willow Lane Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court.

• Otis Anderson, 42, of 735 S.R. 20 Spur, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act.

• Doris Ann Bigley, 48, of 1402 D St., Woodbridge, Va., was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Crystal Lee Carter, 27, of 1191 Woodleigh Road, Marietta, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Dustin Cole Chancey, 24, of 48 Mitchell Road, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and boarded at the jail.

• Michael Deiontae Chatmon, 23, of 132 Lee St., Cartersville, was arrested by a parole officer and charged with parole violation.

• Michelle Lerai Cumbo, 31, of 38 Dolphin Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Rey David Covarrubias Gama, 24, of 460 Clearwater St., Rockmart, reported ot the jail to serve a 24 hour probate sentence.

• Veachel Edward Gray II, 27, of 564 Matthews Drive, Canton, was arrested and charged with a superior court sentence.

• Cheryl Alisha Graves, 26, of 420 E. Church St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with giving false information or false name.

• Frank Boyd Houston II, 45, of 23 E. Forest Drive, Woodstock, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Catherine Lane Jackson, 24, of 1424 Sugar Valley Road, Calhoun, was arrested by Adairsville police and boarded at the jail.

• Christopher Thomas Jacks, 43, of 1251 Turner Chapel Road S.E., Rome, was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn, expired vehicle tag or decal and operating restrictions.

• Dorene Lois Matthews, 52, of 4883 Spruce St., Pinellas Park, Fla, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, count ordinance violation.

• Kenneth Paul McDonald, 51, of 222 Metal Lane, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Stephen John Palazzi, 28, of 60 Weatherington Road, Rome, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Jimmy Lee Payne, 39, of 133 N. Gilmer St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with obstruction of an officer, driving while license withdrawn, failure to register vehicle, brake lights and turn signals required, no insurance and stop sign violation.

• Candace Michelle Perry, 27, of 1295 Cass-White Road, White, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Jared Nathan Smith, 26, of 7082 Hiram-Acworth Highway, Dallas, was arrested and charged with a superior court sentence.

• Larry Robert Smith, 57, of 37 Retreat Ridge, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with a superior court sentence.

• Timothy Michael Vanhoose, 34, of 4480 40th Avenue N., St. Pete, Fla, was arrested and charged with bondsman-off bond.

• Lanny Dean Welchel, 53, of 5430 Edmondson Lane, Woodstock, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Hashley Jeana Williams, 23, of 25 Moss Hill Lane, Caleria, Ala., was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

• Jerry Allen Worthy, 32, of 7006 Mountain Ridge Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.

Oct. 17

• Adam Timothy Atkins, 19, of 307 Leafmore Road, Rome, was arrested and charged with speeding and driving while license withdrawn.

• Drew Charles Duncan, 27, of 4447 Academy St., Acworth, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear.

• William Thomas Lutzen, 65, of 148 Madison Place, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with DUI.

• Erika Michelle Martin, 22, of 575 S. Erwin St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of cocaine and two counts of simple assault.
