• Scarlett Andrus, 24, of 52 Middlebrook Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
• Dwayne Tyrone Arnold, 23, of 334 Jackson St., Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear and driving while license suspended, violation of window tint law and giving false information.
• Kevin Lynn Bagley, 30, of 231 Holcomb Road N.W., Adairsville, was arrested and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude police officer, reckless driving and driving without headlights when required.
• Jennifer Lee Branton, 34, of 126 Catherine Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property.
• William Joseph Carter, 18, of 2025 Point Grey Court, Kennesaw, was arrested on superior court sentence charges.
• Derrick Louis Catron, 24, of 222 Etowah Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Gwinnett County.
• Christopher Lee Cooley, 26, of 233 Woodland Way, Cartersville, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear and charged with two counts of terroristic threats and acts under the Family Violence Act, kidnapping (FVA) and state probation violation.
• James Elton Decker, 38, of 91 Decker Road, Alatoona, Ala., was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Delbert Clarence Johnson, 37, of 3 Turner St., Kingston, was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA).
• William Nelson Lawrence, 34, of 278 Mac Johnson Road, Lot 10, Cartersville, was arrested on superior court sentence charges.
• Danielle Marie Melton, 38, of 13 Elkhorn Court, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA).
• Leann Michelle Price, 31, of 22 Azalea Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, drugs to be kept in original container and possession of schedule IV.
• Christopher Adam Roper, 43, of 191 Lakeshore Circle, Acworth, turned himself in to the jail and was charged with state probation violation.
• Deanna Lee Simmons, 28, of 2140 Ingleside Ave., Macon, was arrested and charged with state probation violation.
• Kyle Erwin Skinner, 24, of 55 Madden Road, Kingston, was arrested and charged with expired vehicle tag or decal and driving while license withdrawn.
• David Brandon Sloan, 28, of 194 Liberty Lane, Canton, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.
• Bucky James Smith, 30, of 772 Morris Road, Aragon, was arrested on superior court sentence charges.
• Michael Vernon Sund, 62, of 118 Maplewood Lane, Acworth, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with state probation violation.
• Gary Dale Woody, 37, of 15 Recess Road, Rydal, was arrested and charged with criminal attempt to theft by taking and possession of the tools for the commission of a crime.
