Jan. 17

* Robert Lee Abernathy, 53, of 2549 Blacks Bluff Road S.W., Rome, reported to the jail to serve superior court sentence.

* Bill Edward Bone, 25, of 574 Overlook Way, Newport, Tenn., was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear and charged with probation violation.

* Samuel Hernandez, 24, of 333 Spring Place Drive, Chatsworth, was arrested and charged with two counts of forgery.

* Didier Cesar Martinez, 27, of 48 Pine Needle Trail, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with probate court sentence.

* Max Geovani Ricoestrada, 44, of 17 Washakie Lane, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with driving without license.

* Isael Torres Sanchez, 26, of 333 Spring Place Drive, Chatsworth, was arrested and charged with driving without license.

* Paula Marie Seiple, 58, of 1375 60th St., Dysart, Iowa, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

* Jessica Rae Tripodo, 29, of 950 E. Main St., Apt. 704, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with simple battery.

Jan. 18

* Calvin Ray Lucus, 43, of 125 Swofford Road, Acworth, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

* Jason Samuel Phillips, 35, of 12 Old Roving Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery.
