Dec. 11

* Rafael Perez Casteneon, 22, of 127 N. Erwin St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without a license.

* Pamela Gail Chappell, 46, of 4963 North Cobb Parkway, Acworth, was arrested by Emerson police for traffic charges and boarded at the jail.

* Christopher Jerom Hammonds, 22, of 285 Wade Road, Taylorsville, was arrested and charged with theft by taking.

* Latasha Meshun Harris, 30, of 4 Copeland St., Rome, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

* Barry Oneal Howren, 47, of 125 Smilet Ingram Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

* Orlando Lopez Morales, 27, of 108 Porter St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with battery.

* Kathy Elaine Mullinax, 47, of 390 Johnson Mountain Road, Rydal, turned herself into the jail.

* Tonia Renea Talmadge, 39, of 20 Turtlerock Court, Euharlee, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with drugs to be kept in original container, open container in vehicle and driving with suspended or revoked license.

Dec. 12

* Jermey Blake Dickson, 21, of 522 Cash Road, Calhoun, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

* Isaac Hernandez Sotelo, 37, of 1009 Marina Trace Drive, Acworth, was arrested by Georgia State Parole and charged with DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.

* Lauren Beth Walker, 18, of 22 Landers Drive, Lindale, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act.
