Dec. 26

* Jimar Antoin Brown, 27, of 214 Fite St., Cartersville, was arrested by the Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

* Randall Scott Buchanan, 28, unknown address, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

* Robert Joseph Hightower, 57, of 99 Westview Drive, Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.

* Justin Eugene Purcell, 21, of 59 Sequoyah Trail, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act.

* David Sherman Turner, 47, of 377 Road #3 South, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive within a single lane.

* Garland Lee Burson, 20, of Summerville Motel, Summerville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
