* Richard Lee Downer Jr., 45, of 4625 Odessa West Court, Acworth, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and driving on the wrong side of the road.
* Brittany Nicole Goddard, 24, of 2203 Hearth Stone Landing, Canton, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
