March 27

* Jeffery Dean Brown, 44, of 11 Kemsey Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court for child support.

* Charles Calvin Crews Jr., 44, of 54 Bishop Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act.

* Eric Dewayne Dysart, 34, of 2016 Eurharlee Road, Taylorsville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

* Cindy Caroline Eubanks, 22, of 504 Robin Hood Drive, Douglasville, reported to the jail on a superior court bench warrant - failure to appear and bondsman off bond.

* Angelia Marie Radabaugh, 37, of 366 Andrew Clark Road, Mt. Airy, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

* Elizabeth Deanna Thackston, 22, of 266 Johnson Dupree Lane, Acworth, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant - failure to appear.

March 28

* Michael Gene Mclendon, 23, of 1990 Chelsea Lane, Acworth, was rebooked for Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

* Charles Timothy Myers, 39, of 1367 Atlanta Highway, Rockmart, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

* Rigoberto Lopez Reyes, 31, of 263 Mac Johnson Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving without license, failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence.
