April 3

* Perry Charles Earwood, 28, of 460 Highway 61 S.W., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn.

* Nathanael Thomas Jordan, 18, of 402 Calhoun Ave., Rome, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

* Larry Tyrone Martin, 42, of 114 Currant St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with two counts of theft by taking.

* Ivan Danzeral Perry, 32, of 3067 Highway 41, Calhoun, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with failure to maintain lane and driving under the influence.

* Arthur John Pohl, 54, of 14416 North 57th Drive, Glendale, Ariz., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

* James Anthony Williams, 21 of 19 Jeffery Lane, Cartersville, reported to the jail and was charged with battery under the Family Violence Act.

* Charles David Bunn, 42, of 2037 Marble Quarry Road, Holly Springs, was arrested and charged with probation violation.
