May 1

• Farheen Ali, 30, of 347 Branch Valley Drive, Dallas, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Carl James Beattie, 43, of 139 Oak Hollow Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property.

• Robert James Bell, 28, of 115 White Park Place, Dallas, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

• Paul Alan Davis Jr., 37, of 46 Smyrna Church Road, Sandersville, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

• Kelsey Sara Elizabeth Edwards, 29, of 80 Woody Road, Adairsville, reported to the jail and was charged with battery under the Family Violence Act and cruelty to children.

• Larry Ross Foster, 71, of 1007 North Pointe Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with aggravated

child molestation.

• Charles Jeffery Gayton, 34, of 95 Lewis Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving with suspended or revoked license and failure to stop for a stop sign.

• Eric John Germundsen, 42, of 704 Stonemill Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

• Hailey Leann Hale, 18, of 130 E. Howard St., Kingston, was arrested and charged with financial transaction card fraud.

• Matthew Dixon Holmes, 18, of 17 Crescent Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a drug-related object and possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school.

• Christopher Robert Lanham, 23, of 455 Spring Place Road, White, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass and theft by receiving stolen property — motor vehicle.

• Cory Allen Lewis, 24, of 18 Dawn Drive S.E., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

• Bence Melvin Maynor Jr., 44, of 15 Raymond Jenkins Road, Kingston, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• William Gregory McConnell, 28, of 3 Brookside Court, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with window tint and driving while license withdrawn.

• Angela Louise Neel, 53, of 101 Crowe Springs Spur, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA) and obstruction.

• William Roy Phillips, 34, of 25 Kirby Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with parole violation.

• Wesley Alan Ponder, 34, of 32 Carnes Road, Lot 13, Cartersville, was arrested by Emerson police on an agency assist for Fulton County Sheriff’s Office.

• Burl Wayne Royster, 37, of 284 Oakridge Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Cardale Keyon Carter, 23, of 108 Oakdale Drive, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with three counts of probation violation.

• Nicole Marie Clawson, 39, of 2014 County Road 412, Lake Panasakoffee, Fla., was transported to Euharlee police and charged with criminal attempt forgery, theft by taking and burglary.

• Billy Tyler Copeland, 26, of 14 Cedar Ridge, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with two counts of theft by conversion.

• Christopher Michael Freiert, 52, of 7123 Glade Road S.E., Acworth, reported to the jail and was charged with probation violation.

• Tracy Doyle Gravley, 41, of 53 Akron St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

• Jessie Storm Robinson, 21, of 164 Twin Oak Trace, Talking Rock, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Roy Thomas Singleton, 41, of 4125 Lucky Lane, Acworth, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Sandra Kay Whitman, 69, of 1226 Willow Brook Drive, Huntsville, Ala., was arrested and charged with DUI, failure to drive within a single lane and open container in vehicle.
