May 7

* Benny Golden Harrell, 57, 13 Latimer Lane, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI.

* Donald Scott Hazelton, 40, 5590 Highway 20, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass in violation of the Family Violence Act and unlawful conduct during a 911 call.

* Daniel Scott Marshall, 27, of 134 Point Ave., Helenwood, Tenn., was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with possession of marijuana.

* Dedra Montgomery, 20, of 72 Massell Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville and boarded at the jail for traffic charges.

* Kristi Lee Partin, 25, of 526 Woody Road, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with a probation violation.

* Elizabeth Deanna Thackston, 22, of 266 Johnson Dupree Lane, Acworth, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

May 8

* Gregory Lamar Carson, 34, of 1400 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with contempt of court child support.

* Richard Dewayne Fednander, 39, of 1400 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of tools for the commission of crime.

* Christina Law Flores, 27, of 733 Grassdale Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.
