June 12

* Kevin Tyrone Harrison, 48, of 400 Barbashella, Stone Mountain, was arrested and charged with a Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear.

* Jeremy Wade Lipiec, 24, of 8514-B State Route 365, Stittville, N.Y., was transported by a prisoner transport service back for a Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear.

* Jose Trinidad Martinez Mendez, 22, of 6359 Bells Ferry Road, Acworth, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

* Corinne Ann Michel, 54, of 508 Walden Circle, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and held on an agency assist.

* Reba Diane Waits, 50, of 18 Penny Lane, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with battery in violation of the Family Violence Act.

June 13

* John William Collum Jr., 59, Homeless, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with probation violation.

* Lazarius Depres Peek, 19, of 201 Evergreen Trail, Apt. F, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with two bondsman-off bonds and a Superior Court bench warrant for failure to appear.
