• Paul Brickley Chilcott, 47, of 10 Puritt St., Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while unlicensed.

• Stephen Michael Davis, 22, of 133 Bent Creek Drive, Rome, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, vehicle with false or secret compartment, possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce and speeding 77 in a 55.

• Eric Nicholas Diamond, 20, of 19 Fox Hill Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with a probate court sentence.

• Pamela Faye Dover, 38, of 47 Lee Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt court child support.

• Eduardo Duarte, 32, of 22 Stoneybrook Court, Cartersville, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant failure to appear.

• Audrey Brooke Edmondson, 23, of 29 Sioux Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

• Amy Jacqueline Ellison, 44, of 213 Pioneer Trail, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

• Joseph David Fowler, 41, of 4831-C Cedartown Highway, Lindale, was arrested on a probate court sentence.

• Desiree Dawn Gadsden, 37, of 35 Black Jack Mountain Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act.

• Leisa Marie Hodges, 26, of 1079 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with burglary.

• Kathryn Jolyn Hollifield, 25, of 70 Gilliam Crossing, Cartersville, Cartersville, was arrested on probate court sentence charges.

• James Matthew Hyland, 26, of 2335 Highway 411, Room 108, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with state probation violation.

• Devin Ridge Jones, 20, of 362 Big Pond Road, Taylorsville,w as arrested on superior court sentence charges.

• John Paul Morgan Jr, 36, of 92 Old Dallas Highway, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA), false imprisonment (FVA) and terroristic threats and acts (FVA).

• Rex Tinsley Page, 22, of 1419 Branham Ave., Rome, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, drug related objects and open container in vehicle.

• Ricardo Quintero, 34, of 77 Vaughn Spur, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving without license.

• Samantha Jo Tucker, 25, of 16 Akron St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with adult restraint law seat belt, diving while license withdrawn and windshields and windshield wipers.

• Paula Gail Ward, 42, of 1801-A Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.

• Mark Alan Whorton, 43, of 13 Honey Vine Trail, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug related object.

June 13

• Cynthia Lynne Anderson, 57, of 202 Brown Loop, Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve a superior court sentence.

• Pablyto Yunior Cisneros, 20, of 69 Heritage Way Drive, Rome, was arrested on a probate court bench warrant failure to appear.

• Jeffrey Scott Fambrough, 27, of 301 Pioneer Trail, Emerson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support and abandonment of dependent child.

• Jaquievis Inman Moore, 17, of 204 Amberwood Trail, Euharlee, was arrested by Euharlee police and charged with three counts of aggravated child molestation, two counts of child molestation, two counts of statutory rape and battery.

• John Paul Podgwaite, 28, of 4563 Homestead Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with state probation violation, theft by receiving stolen property and theft by taking.
