June 6

• David Nelson Bullard, 44, of 20 Navigation Point, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with two counts of simple battery under the Family Violence Act.

• Mario Silva Espinoza, 39, of Seattle Slew Lane, Norcross, was arrested by Euharlee police and boarded at the jail.

• Crystal Dee Hunter, 30, of 217 Green Acre Lane, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts under the Family Violence Act.

• Walter James Johnson, 24, of 405 Johnson St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with illegal possession of methamphetamine and drug-related objects.

• Justin Lyle Kersey, 19, of 2604 Big Texas Valley Road, Rome, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with criminal trespass.

• Jody Blue Lanham, 33, of 446 Hardin Bridge Road, Kingston, was arrested and charged with bondsman off bond.

• Shawna Michelle Ledford, 35, of 29 Chicksaw Trail, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault (FVA) and two counts of cruelty to children in the third degree (FVA).

• Tony Preston Lovingood, 40, of 372 W. Pine Chapel Road, Calhoun, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with improper tag display, expired vehicle tag or decal, no insurance, possession of meth and classes of licenses.

• Cody Allen McMahan, 22, of 136 Clarks Loop, Resaca, was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated stalking (FVA).

• Harold Jackson Morris III, 29, of 4728 Bobo Place, Olive Branch, Miss., was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with criminal trespass.

• Eldred Lorenzo Pryer, 30, of 36 Penny Lane, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving with suspended license.

• Eric Brandon Townsend, 37, of 59 Valley View Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with driving with suspended or revoked license and windshields and windshield wipers.

• Sammy Doyle Wade, 50, of 4 Franklin Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with reckless conduct, discharging of firearm in city and possession of arms by convicted felon.

• Bonnie Marie Wooten, 25, of 88 Spruce Lane, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with battery, simple battery and criminal trespass.

June 7

• Brianna Jeanette Bell, 19, of 110 Dobson Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession by inmate of contraband.

• Corey Anthony Bullock, 22, of 427 Sycamore St., Rome, reported to Cartersville police and was boarded at the jail.

• Jamie Lee Coleman, 31, of 208 Green Acre Lane, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with prostitution.

• Matthew Wallace Gann, 37, of 700 Spring Place Road, White, was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and driving under the influence.

• Mamie Elizabeth Gartin, 29, of 18 Wayne Drive S.W., Cartersville, reported to the jail and was charged with criminal trespass.

• Ibn Ibraheem, 49, of 826 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with theft by receiving stolen property and tag light required.

• Mieesha Straleeta Kingstro, 36, of 1924 Bells Ferry Road, Marietta, was arrested and charged with when a person is party to a crime — theft by shoplifting.

• London Ray Parson, 50, of 300 Lexy Way, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with theft by taking.

• Jason Daniel Poston, 30, of 181 Summit Ridge Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with concealing the death of another person, throwing away or abandonment of dead bodies and state probation violation.
