* Mitchell Brent Andrews, 24, of 240 Ga. Highway 113, Taylorsville, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI.
* Wayne Bradley Biasetti, 56, of 62 Waterside Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Georgia Department of Natural Resources and charged with boating under the influence and operating a vessel with improper lights.
* Bradley George Bowman, 37, of 529 Wintergreen Way, Canton, was arrested and charged with theft by taking.
* Dantra Kenyatta Clements, 30, of 65 Barrington Grange Drive, Sharpsburg, Ga., was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.
* Joseph Anthony Hardin, 31, of 93 McTier Circle N.W., Cartersville, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane and leaving the scene of an accident.
* Henry Lee Morgan, 46, of 269 Bert Road N.E., Rome, was arrested and charged with deposit account fraud.
* Timothy Joe Prater, 44, of 20 Mission Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct -- county ordinance violation.
* Jeovany Rodriguez, 19, of 401 Hampstead South, Nashville, Tenn., was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and no turn signal.
* Don Edward Smith, 53, of 5193 Groovers Landing Road, Acworth, was arrested and charged with false imprisonment under the Family Violence Act and simple battery (FVA).
* Wesley Shane Vanhook, 31, of 225 Governors Court, Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve a drug court sentence.
* Brenda Kay Williams, 25, of 307 Darby Road, Calhoun, reported to the jail to serve a probate court sentence.

* Clint Justice Allen, 19, of 1820 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, speeding and DUI.
* Corey Lamont Jackson, 31, of 12 Mission Ridge, Cartersville, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with disorderly conduct.
* Victoria Margarita Solorzano, 21, of 134 Leake St., Apt. 20, Cartersville, reported to the jail on bondsman-off bond and failure to appear on an original charge of shoplifting.
