* Kimberly Grace Gilstrap, 28, of 1853 McClain Lane, Decatur, was arrested on an agency assist.
* Onelio Gomez, 30, of 624 Slusser Ave., Cedartown, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.
* Donald Christopher Harris, 25, of 100 Richards Road, White, was arrested and charged with contempt of court -- drug court sanction.
* Jacqueline Faye Hawkins, 48, of 19 Meadow Crest Court, Powder Springs, reported to the jail and was charged with probation violation.
