• Suzanne Elizabeth Boyd, 40, of 4801 Sugar Hill Road, Acworth, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Cody Chandler Brown, 22, of 221 Fite St., Cartersville, was arrested on a drug court sanction.
• Henry Allen Evans, 36, of 199 Old Alabama Road, Emerson, was arrested and charged with simple battery under the Family Violence Act, two counts of obstruction of an officer and cruelty to children.
• Jeffrey Scott Fambrough, 26, of 301 Pioneer Trail, Emerson, was arrested and charged with contempt of court child support.
• Steve Alvin Hufstetler, 47, of 4154 Rattler Road, Acworth, was arrested and charged with public indecency.
• Jonte Rashad Johnson, 22, of 4234 Sequoia Place S.E., Acworth, was arrested on a superior court sentence.
• Justin Powell Ott, 31, of 3605 Creekmill Drive, Kennesaw, was arrested and charged with DUI, possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce and failure to drive within a single lane.
• Jose Guadalupe Toribio, 31, of 115 Summit St., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with battery (FVA).
• Ray Bernard Williams, 46, of 55 Valley View, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police on an agency assist for Cobb County Sheriff’s Office.

• Juan Manuel Gutierrez, 26, of 24 Quail Run, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with terroristic threats and acts.
• Lewis Albert Welch, 37, of 44 South Oak Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA).
• William Roger Woodie, 23, of 130 E. Howard St., Cartersville, was arrested and boarded at the jail for Cartersville police.
