Across the parking lot from where the Bartow Blue All-Stars practiced Friday evening hang four banners on the fence of Field 12 at Hamilton Crossing Park -- including a World Series championship.

Bartow Blue, an 8-and-under softball team, doesn't yet have its banner proudly displayed but that's something bound to happen in a matter of days following Monday's victory in the championship game of the Dizzy Dean state tournament.
