Clark is a member of the Team Georgia Senior squad, which consists of the Top 20 players in the state as selected by high school coaches throughout the state.
Teams participating include Arizona, Ohio, Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Maryland, Canada and Georgia.
Clark reports to the team on Saturday, and they will travel to Norman on Monday. The tournament begins Tuesday and lasts through Saturday.
The teams will also conduct a youth clinic Tuesday, with players staying with host families while in Norman.
Clark was a member of the Team Georgia Junior squad last year that won the national championship. He pitched against Canada last year.
Clark finished this past season with an 8-3 record and a 1.92 ERA. He struck out 88 batters and gave up 34 walks in 69 2/3 innings.
He was named to the Georgia-Tennessee All-Star team and pitched for Georgia on Monday night.
In his three scoreless innings of work, he faced 11 batters, striking out two, allowing one hit and giving up one walk.
He left the game with a 5-0 lead but Tennessee later came back to win the contest.
Clark's performance earned him MVP honors for the Georgia team.
Clark was named earlier to the Georgia Dugout Club Top 96 Senior All-Star Team.
