Inviting business representatives and professionals to the Cartersville Goodwill Career Center, Goodwill of North Georgia kicked off Goodwill Week Tuesday with an event aimed at thanking employers.

With a mission to get people back to work, Goodwill provides a number of resources at its Cartersville Career Center to place job seekers. Goodwill Week is celebrated across the 165 independent, community-based Goodwill organizations in the U.S. and Canada to raise awareness and thank supporting community members.
