Grand Jury issues several "no bills"

The August term of the Bartow County Grand Jury signed 26 "no bills," which frees the accused from prosecution because of what the jury considers a lack of evidence.

The following cases were no billed:

* Daniel Aaron Callahon -- Aggravated battery and aggravated assault.

* Twana Michele Wright -- Fleeing and eluding.

* Billy Dean Adcock -- Reckless conduct and simple assault.

* Jesse Neal Ray -- Entering motor vehicle to commit theft.

* Ricky Eugene Rowe -- Aggravated assault.

* Christopher Alan Dover -- Aggravated stalking and simple battery

* Timothy Charles Daniels -- Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substance Act and window tint violation.

* Matthew Edison Lee -- Serious injury by vehicle and DUI.

* Bridget Ann Wright -- Aggravated assault.

* Shirley Irene Station -- Theft by receiving stolen property.

* John Franklin Wheeling -- Aggravated stalking.

* Alan Joseph Hartsfield -- Burglary and theft by taking.

* Gary Edward Edmondson -- Aggravated stalking.

* Cecil Lavon Burton Jr. -- Armed robbery, two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

* Ashley Marie Naiser -- Theft by receiving stolen property.

* Leann Michelle Price -- Two counts of simple battery, aggressive driving and hit and run.

* Christopher Lee McCubbins -- Burglary.

* Kelvin Turner Kellam -- Criminal damage to property.

* Joshua Drake Howard -- Two counts of aggravated assault.

* Arnold Oliva Contreras -- Terroristic threats and criminal trespass.

* Jose Espinoza -- Aggravated sexual battery and sexual battery.

* Chelsey Elaine Davidson -- Financial transaction card theft and theft by taking.

* David Lee Harris -- Aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

* Donald Cigainero -- Terroristic threats.

* Coleman Leman Henderson -- Aggravated assault, discharging a firearm while under the influence.

* Anthony Henry Schmitt -- Terroristic threats.
