Serving in the Bartow County community for more than 25 years, Keith Sandlin oversees the daily operation of 600 employees caring for more than 100,000 patients annually.

As CEO of Cartersville Medical Center, Sandlin has been involved in community healthcare through Bartow's greatest growth. Progressing from humble beginnings in order to meet needs, Cartersville Medical Center is again eyeing future growth on the heels of recent additions including a new cardiac cath lab enabling local interventional procedures.

As Bartow enters a new era, surpassing 100,000 in population, Sandlin remains at the helm of CMC with plans for adding a new patient floor for private beds, a surgical robot and a new neonatal intensive care unit.
