A man found guilty last month of child molestation was sentenced Tuesday in Bartow County Superior Court.

Stephen Julius Toth, 33, received a 20-year sentence, to serve five with the remainder on probation.

According to court testimonies during his jury trial in December, Toth molested a relative on a regular basis starting when she was 4 or 5.

According to the victim, the molestation began in Savannah and continued when her family relocated to Cartersville.

The molestation continued on a regular basis from January 2007 until January 2009.

The jury took less than two hours to return a guilty verdict.
