Antonio Shamarr Linley
According to a news release, the suspect has been identified as Antonio Shamarr Linley, 22, of Emerson. He was found and arrested in Dalton.
Linley is currently in custody and will be transported to the Bartow jail where he will face a charge for murder and await a bond hearing.
The victim, Timothy Buck, who was found Saturday morning, received a fatal gunshot wound to the head behind his right ear while at a friend's home.
No further information is being released at this time.
One killed in Rydal crash
One person was killed in an two-vehicle crash on Highway 140 in Rydal around 11 a.m. Thursday, according to the Georgia State Patrol.
Lifeflight was called in after the collision involving a tractor-trailer and a pick-up truck.
The victim's identity has not been released, and it is unknown if charges will be filed in relation to the accident.
