However, Adairsville, which fell off slightly from the pace of its past few seasons, would gladly trade in all of its wins for one more day with teammate Austin Harriss, whose accidental shooting death earlier this month rocked the northern Bartow community.
A senior defender for the Tigers, Harriss was solid at his position and locked down the defensive third from his full-back position, his coach Lee Johnson said. Harriss, he noted, never quit and performed everything with 100 percent effort.
