The Tigers never trailed in the contest as they jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the first inning, with two runs accounted for by Beemiller's blast.
The Tigers, who were rude hosts, scored a run in the third and in the sixth inning to account for all their scoring, while River Ridge nicked the scoreboard with runs in the third and fourth innings.
Contributing to the offensive show for Adairsville were Beemiller, with two hits, including a double and the homer and two RBIs; Kremer, a homer and an RBI; Brandon Blome, a double; Trey Gulledge, two hits with an RBI; and Kyle Adams, one RBI.
Caleb McCreary went the distance for the Tigers, with seven innings of work that included three strikeouts with no earned runs.
The win -- Adairsville's ninth in a row -- raised the Tigers' record to 12-2, 4-0 in Region 7A-AA.
Adairsville next plays Thursday when it visits Pepperell in a sub-region game.
