Organizations should send a one or two paragraph note to us with the name of the organization and the number of volunteers, what work was done, what donations were given, the amount of donations and the total amount raised and how raised.
We will not have space for a list of individual's names, nor be able to print any photographs in the paper. However, if you have high quality (no cell phone photos please) photographs to show the work being done, we will do our best to put those in an online gallery in the future and perhaps have a "Community Helps" tabloid in the near future.
