Mary Ramsey looks at purchasing a tin man bird house at Saturday’s  Bartow County Library System’s Friends of the Library Craft Fair held at the Cartersville branch. Kingston resident Lamarr Fairchild created the tin man from tin cans. The nonprofit group hosted vendors inside and outside the library who were selling a  variety of items including wood work, jewelry, hand-knit accessories and unique crafts.
