Several local players took home awards at the 32nd annual Northwest Georgia Tip-Off Club banquet Thursday.
A player of the year, player of the month for December and player of the month for January were handed out for each team, which included all four local schools, at the event.
The POY honorees for Adairsville were seniors Josie Summerville and Cody Henderson.
Junior Coriana McDaniel and senior Hunter Hice took home the December player of the month awards, while juniors Breeana Wilson and Mason Boswell were honored for January.
Cartersville's POY winners were seniors A'mya Davis and Jaylon Pugh, who was one of three boys to share the high school most valuable player award.
Seniors Addie Smith and T.J. Horton were honored for their work in December. Sophomore Cio Seigler and junior Isaac Gridley took home certificates for their January contributions to the Canes.
Cass had a total of five seniors, including all three boys honoress, and one junior earn recognition for their performance during the 2017-18 season.
On the girls side, Kyla Michienzi (player of the year), Payton Stoddard, the lone junior of the bunch, (December player of the month) and Lyric Curtis (January player of the month) were honored at the banquet.
The Cass boys who received honors were POY Ashton Burley, December honoree Carter Hedden and January winner Mark Chester.
Woodland's POY winners were, unsurprisingly, senior Whitney Harris and junior Jaylen Ballard.
Junior Madgie Robinson and sophomore Carli Clymer were the girls team honorees for December and January, respectively. On the boys side, junior Hunter Johnson and senior Connor Gallagher landed the monthly awards.
