One week after two people were murdered inside the bedroom of their Bartow County home, an arrest warrant was issued Monday for the man accused of killing the pair.
Humberto J. “Beto” Lobo Renaud, of Marietta, will be charged with killing Seth Alexander Martin, 22, and Angelica Rojas Fischer, who were found with multiple gunshot wounds on July 18.
The two had been killed inside the bedroom of their home on Anns Trace Road near unincorporated Acworth in southeastern Bartow County.
Martin and Fischer were found by a family member in the late morning hours of July 18. According to previous reports, Fischer was “22-to-23” months pregnant when she was killed.
Reneaud, who was arrested in Cobb County on unrelated charges, will be charged in Bartow County with two counts of murder.
He will also face charges of feticide, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
While details about the incident remained scarce on Monday, it was reported that Reneaud was known by the victims, but the nature of that relationship was unclear.
Anyone with information about the investigation is asked to contact the Bartow County Sheriff’s Office at 770-382-5050.
