Oct. 21

* Kevin Leslie Baxter, 50, of 6310 Bells Ferry Road Lot 35, Acworth, was back for court.

* Ricky Leray Chambers, 44, of 81 Cotten Bend Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

* Nicholas Tyler Cordell, 20, of 6 Benham Circle, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

* Carlinda Evette Hayes, 19, of 221 Mountain Chase, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

* Joshua Wayne McGouirk, 30, of 40 Azalea Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

* Amanda Michelle Patterson, 32, of 29 Adair Drive, Taylorsville, was back for court.

* Anibal Alvarado Pineda, 46, of 7 Cross St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with four counts of child molestation.

* Lee Ross, 47, of 6199 St. Charles St., Lithonia, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

* James Houston Shuler, 35, of 341 Bells Ferry Road, White, was arrested and charged with contempt of court.

* Derek Sherone Evans, 28, of 18 Sugar Mill Drive S.W., Cartersville, reported to the jail and charged with aggravated assault.

* David Joseph Matthews, 26, of 17 Riverside Court S.E., Cartersville, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under influence, open container in vehicle and failure to stop at a stop sign.

* Ashliegh Nicole Roach, 27, of 919 Sugar Valley Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

* Chadwick Marshall Bailey, 22, of 1187 Peyton Drive, Kennesaw, was arrested and charged with a disorderly conduct county ordinance violation.

* Charles Joe Allmon, 19, of 1925 Cassville Road Lot 2, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with probation violation and criminal trespass.

* Ricky Lee Brawner Jr., 23, of 731 Cassville Road, Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve a drug court sentence.

* Jay Robert Brown, 42, of 4818 Ryan Road, Acworth, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant -- failure to appear.

* Raymond James Clark, 68, of 116 Remington Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.

* Elia Edith Garcia, 36, of 110 Johnson St., Cartersville, reported to the jail to serve a probate sentence.

* Carlinda Evette Hayes, 19, of 221 Mountain Chase, Cartersville, reported to jail for probate court bench warrant -- failure to appear.

* Betsabe Hernandez, 30, of 35 Fouche Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail.

* Robert Zachary Johnson, 18, of 14 Montgomery St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act, simple battery (FVA) and criminal damage to property in the second degree (FVA).

* Jason Douglas Jolly, 38, of 1705 N. Bellview Road, Rockmart, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

* Dustin Lamar Jones, 21, of 4424 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, Adairsville, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

* Tony Alan Landress, 47, of 223 Woodland Circle, Calhoun, reported to jail and was boarded for Adairsville police.

* Melanie Elizabeth Lewis, 38, of 14 Fieldstone, Apt. B, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce, adult restraint law seat belt and driving while license withdrawn.

* Mark Allen Logan, 50, of 63 Cass Drive N.W., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with violation of family violence order.

* Jodi Michelle Mason, 32, of 125 Miller Farm Road, Taylorsville, was arrested and charged with contempt of court - child support.

* Robert Grant McCurley, 41, of 14 Ruby Abbs Lane, Emerson, reported to jail to serve a superior court sentence.

* Teddy Lynn Moore, 60, of 17 River Oak Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with public drunkenness.

* Kayla Ann Neubauer, 23, of 60 Kingston Point, Cartersville, reported to jail and was boarded for Cartersville police.

* Mario Perez, 26, of 210 Cason Road, Cedartown, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

* Justin Dewayne Chapman, 20, of 12 Winfield Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with contempt of drug court.

* Christopher Todd Myers, 19, of 400 Old Rome Road, Aragon, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

* Terri Lina Sanders, 44, of 95 Shaw St., Kingston, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

* Robi Masheal Widner, 27, of 318 Douglas St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with fraud obtaining or attempting to obtain public housing or rent, false statements etc. in matters within jurisdiction of state and conspiracy to commit a crime, fraud obtaining or attempting.
