Columbia scored a third goal early in the second half and threatened to run away with the match, but Bartow answered with two quick goals by Chloe Davis to close to 3-2.
But Bartow, in an attempt to tie the contest, moved up its players on offense Columbia was able to take advantage of the risky strategy to eventually put the match away with two late goals.
Bartow 4, Camden 1
The Bartow team advanced to the finals with a 4-1 victory over Camden County, which represented District 2.
Brighton McCollum started the scoring off for Bartow about 10 minutes into the contest, but Camden answered soon afterward with a goal to knot the score.
McCollum responded with a goal just before halftime to give Bartow a 2-1 lead going into the break.
That score held up until about halfway through the second half when Emily Collum nailed a high free kick over the Camden wall and goalkeeper to make the score 3-1 in favor of Bartow.
Collum closed out the scoring on a late breakaway goal to seal the 4-1 victory.
