* Miranda Erin Bennett, 17, of 33 Stone Creek, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act and four counts of simple battery (FVA).

* Gary Edward Edmondson, 47, of 7050 Westwood Lane, Acworth, was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA).

* John Joseph Furtney, 47, of 65 Old Rudy York Road, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded for probation violation.

* Tracy Darlene Lowe, 32, of 345 Peeples Valley Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by shoplifting.

* Winston Andrew Odell, 46, of 6608 River Glenn Lane, Hickson, Tenn., was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

* Isaac Hernandez Sotelo, 37, of 1009 Marina Trace Drive, Acworth, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive within a single lane.

* Lauren Beth Walker, 18, of 22 Landers Drive, Lindale, was arrested and charged with simple battery (FVA).
