Dec. 18

* Isaac Colman Abernathy, 23, of 59 Boyd Mountain Road, Adairsville, reported to the jail and was boarded for Adairsville police.

* Charla Lawana Huskins, 48, of 25 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with criminal trespass.

* Debi Gail Kinley, 36, of 29 Manning Mill Road, Adairsville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with driving with suspended license and failure to yield right of way.

* Joel Samuel Miranda, 29, of 117-B Douglas St., Cartersville, was arrested and brought back for court.

* Lloyd William Story, 55, of 18 Fairview Drive, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with criminal trespass.

Dec. 19

* Isaiah Lee Abernathy, 29, of P.O. Box 2294, Apt. 414, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with theft by taking and probation violation.

* Elda Rachel Haverhals, 41, of 615 Chestatee Creek Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act.

* James Edward Kilby Jr., 49, of 7701 County Road 1, Waterloo, Ala., was arrested and charged with simple assault (F.V.A.) and criminal trespass (F.V.A.).

* Preston Monty Matthews, 18, of 18 Spring St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with probation violation.

* Roy Lawrence Wilson, 60, Homeless, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct in violation of a county ordinance.
