Dec. 25

* David Wayne Lynch, 42, no address given, was arrested and charged with a probation violation.

* Alexis Martinez, 24, of 323 Cassville Road, Apt. B, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

* Cary Lynn Smith, 57, of 478 Martin Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with DUI and drugs to be kept in original container.

* Jessica Nicole Dragg, 21, of 49 Milam Circle, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with a probation violation.
