* Bobby Dean Brown Jr., 49, of 5659 Groovers Landing, Acworth, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on a county ordinance violation.
* Danny Ray Franklin, 51, Homeless, was arrested and charged with a probation violation and disorderly conduct on a county ordinance violation.
* Ralph Jason Hyde, 36, of 406 Stone Haven Circle, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with deposit account fraud.
* Jonathan Shane Jacobs, 35, of 74 Plainview Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with obstruction of an officer and disorderly conduct.
