Jan. 10

* Vivian Kay Carter, 48, of 559 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

* Billy Gene Duck, 46, of 75 Hawkins Road, Lot 38, Taylorsville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with theft by receiving stolen property.

* Toni Marie Gaydon, 47, of 75 Hawkins Road, Taylorsville, was arrested by the Cartersville police and charged with theft by receiving stolen property.

* Douglas Mitchell James, 46, of 1326 Hill City Road, Sugar Valley, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with armed robbery, aggravated assault, kidnapping, possession of firearm by convicted felon and theft by taking.

* Mitchell Dewayne James, 28, of 75 Hawkins Road Lot 38, Taylorsville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with theft by receiving stolen property.

* Roger Dale James, 54, of 15 Bartow St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with aggravated assault, kidnapping, armed robbery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and theft by taking.

* Ryan Jason Willits, 34, of 32 Tumlin St., Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with party to the crime of robbery.

Jan. 11

* Lucas Andrew Bennett, 22, of 50 Roving Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence and open container in vehicle.

* Casey Allen Taylor, 29, of 14 Shiloh Church Road, Taylorsville, was arrested and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act and cruelty to children.

* Shelby Carol Taylor, 39, of 136 Euharlee, Euharlee, was arrested by the Euharlee police and charged with battery and cruelty to children.
