Feb. 6

* Cassey Ann Abbot, 26, of 1925 Cassville Road Lot 25, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass under the Family Violence Act.

* Travis Sentrell Abbott, 30, of 1925 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with simple battery(F.V.A.).

* Kayla Shavonne Cherry, 24, of 2408 E. Glennwood Ave., Knoxville, Tenn., was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

* Mariah Latece Gillette, 18, of 1609 Wilder Place, Knoxville, Tenn., was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.

* Jeannie Frances Smith, 49, of 1461 Doodle Hill Road, Townsend, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

* Raymond Harold Womack, 63, of 122 Old Freeman Ferry Road, Rome, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant - failure to appear.

* Brent Webb Talley, 17, of 205 Timms Road, Calhoun, was arrested on a superior court bench warrant - failure to appear.
