She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church of Cassville. She was the daughter of the late Mr. Webster and Mrs. Willie Green Wheeler.
Cherished memories will remain with her loving family, her husband of 58 years, Mr. Carl Wilkins Sr.; one daughter, Mrs. Vanessa Hope (Guy) Green of Cartersville; three sons, Mr. Carl (Miriam) Wilkins Jr. of Oxford, Mr. Myles Timothy (LaRuth) Wilkins of Acworth, Mr. Blaine (Ingrid) Wilkins of New York; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Mae Callahan of Cartersville, Ms. Ruth Wheeler; two brothers, Mr. James H. (Barbara) Wheeler of Cassville, Mr. Sam (Barbara) Wheeler of Cincinnati, Ohio; eight grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Homegoing services will be Sunday, Feb. 13, at 2 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church, 106 Fire Tower Road, Cassville, with Pastor William Reed officiating. The family will receive friends at the church Saturday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. Interment, Cassville Cemetery.
