* Kyle Johnny Sanford, 19, of 357 Martin Road S.W., Cartersville, reported to jail and was charged with four counts of probation violation.

* Jerry David Hightower, 43, of 142 Alred St., Summerville, was arrested by Emerson police and boarded at the jail.
