• Randall Lee Burchett, 44, of 148 Devon Wood Drive, Calhoun, was arrested by Cartersville police and held on an agency assist.
• Donald Clark Cigainero, 59, of 1045 Hall Station Road, Adairsville, was arrested by Adairsville police and charged with simple assault and terroristic threats and actions.
• Carlos Hernandez Contraras, 26, of 24 Goss St., White, was arrested by White police and boarded at the jail.
• Derrick Deryan Cosby, 33, of 21 Mull St., Cartersville, was arrested by another agency and charged with a probation violation.
• James Warren Crawford, 43, of 27 Sioux Road, Cartersville, was arrested by a probation officer and charged with a probation violation.
• Ernest Dewayne Gayton, 34, of 45 Mockingbird Drive, Cartersville, turned himself in to another agency and was charged with return to bond.
• Susan Virginia Marie Lynch, 38, of 80 Austin Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with open container in vehicle, DUI and endangerment of a child under 14.
• Sara Selene McCain, 46, of 1013 Rock St., Apt. 2, Cedartown, was arrested by Cartersville police and charged with city court charges transferred.
• Vincent Michael Palmarini, 39, of 2113 Eisenhower Road, Tomsriver, N.J., was arrested and charged with a Superior Court sentence.
• Tammy Sue Ragan, 43, of 151A, Sugar Hill Road, Rydal, was arrested and charged with interference with security measures and passing contraband to an inmate.
• Woody Bernard Reilly, 35, of 1334 Mission Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with a Superior Court sentence.
• Ashliegh Nicole Roach, 27, of 919 Sugar Valley Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, operating restrictions ATV and two counts of child restraint law child seat.
• Dana Martin Roberts, 53, of 24 Allatoona Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with a probation violation.
• Franklin Lee Smith, 37, of 4521 Carver Landing Road, Acworth, was arrested and charged with driving while license withdrawn and tail lights required.

• Raymond Bernard Burke, 46, of 4329 Camp Drive, Acworth, was arrested and charged with battery in violation of the F.V.A.
