* Justin Lamar Gunn, 24, of 95 Lipscomb Circle, Cartersville, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI.
* Yaritza Soler Guitierrez, 26, of 31 Surrey St., Rome, was arrested and charged with speeding and driving without license.
* Eric Romero, 32, of 1012 West Cullerton, Chicago, Ill., was arrested and charged with driving with suspended or revoked license, speeding and child restraint law child safety seat.
* Stanton Lamont Smith, 19, of Ivey Commons, Apt. 1208, Marietta, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

* Jonathan Wayne Dover Jr., 20, of 1324 Tay Mac Road, Taylorsville, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.
* Philip Shane Franklin, 19, of 824 Cassville Road, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with minor in possession of alcohol.
* Brittany Leigh Hale, 20, of 618 Highway 293, Emerson, was arrested by the Georgia State Patrol and charged with DUI and failure to drive within a single lane.
* Sergio Valdez Mendez, 17, of 15 Stone Creek Drive, Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.
* Maholo Armando Miranda, 18, of 241 Evergreen Trail, Apt. A., Cartersville, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol by a minor.
* Hoyt David Thompson, 53, of 108 Roving Road, Lot 8, Cartersville, was arrested by Cartersville police and boarded at the jail for traffic charges.
* Mitchell James White, 19, of 119 Cliff Nelson Road, Kingston, was arrested and charged with DUI.
