Lynn Huskins, executive assistant to the superintendent, said the meeting will be held after the school board's regular work session, which is at 6 p.m. Monday in the central office board room.
All Bartow County schools were closed Thursday, April 28, and Friday, April 29, because of power outages.
Associate Superintendent Ben Desper said the only school to receive damage was Pine Log Elementary, and school officials are assessing the damage. He said the damage was "nothing major" and the school was safe for students and faculty, adding that lack of power was the primary reason for the closings.
"There was no real damage to [other schools], it was mostly just power off in the neighborhood," Desper said.
He said there was damage to the roof and front of the PLES building as well as some damage to guard rails.
